Minimum Criteria (Acceptable Candidate)

• Native Dutch speaker
• Fluent in English and French
• Education level HBO (higher professional education / university of applied sciences level)
• Experience in external B2B field sales in a manufacturing environment, demonstrable experience or affinity with packaging
• Confident use of CRM, quotations and calculations
• Category B driving licence
• At least 5 years of professional experience in external B2B field sales in Belgium
• Willingness to travel: approximately 3 days per week in the field
• Residence in central Belgium, preferably Flanders
• Twice-monthly in-person meetings in Almere (NL)

• Experience in packaging
• Experience in the food sector, beverage, sports nutrition or cosmetics/personal care

Tasks / Daily Work

• Visiting customers on site, developing new business
• Managing ongoing customer projects
• Administration of all activities in the CRM
• Preparing quotations and conducting price negotiations
• Working with clear sales targets
• Daily, close communication with the internal sales team
• Market monitoring to understand developments and identify growth potential

Terms and Conditions

• Management responsibility: No
• Working hours: 40 hours/week
• Start time: 08:30 – 09:00
• Holiday entitlement: 30 days/year
• Gross salary: €65,000 – €72,000 p.a.
• Company car: VW / Audi (lease car)
