The Jaycube bottles are the perfect chemical containers. It’s unique to Pont Packaging and is a robust and practical container for a variety of chemicals, industrial fluids or agricultural liquids. Our 1000ml Jaycubes have Group II UN Approval for liquids (a system to facilitate the safe transport of dangerous goods) and are marked up accordingly with an embossing plate.

What is Un approval for chemical containers?
There is a universal system in place for the transportation of dangerous goods. It was established by the United Nations and covers the classification, packaging and labelling of products for travel by any means including road, rail, sea and air transport.
Once a specimen of a package is tested and approved then any further packages that are manufactured to the same specification can be regarded as meeting the standard and marked up accordingly.The series of letters and numbers in the markings relate to the following:

The complete package for un approved chemical containers
Our 1000ml Jaycube packaging is only UN Approved when used in conjunction with either of our standard closures. The simple white 38mm HDPE screw top with EPE liner or the wider 42mm PP child resistant screw closure with red tamper evident tear-off band, also fitted with EPEliner. Our chemical containers are extra safe and secured with our quality lids and closures.
ADAPT THE JAYCUBE TO FIT YOUR PRODUCT
The Jaycube chemical containers are made in white or natural HDPE but any other colour such as a black for UV protected storage for chemical scan be made to order with an MOQ.
The UN approved version is our standard but again, if a non-UN version is required without the embossed UN markings, we can simply remove the embossing plate and create a plain bottle.
