News Roundpacker production in the UK

Pont Europe is pleased to announce the commencement of production of its large HDPE Roundpackers at the CAJaycare facility in Portsmouth. CAJaycare and Pont have entered into an operating agreement for CAJaycare to produce Roundpackers from equipment and moulds supplied by Pont. Following a rapid increase in the demand for HDPE Roundpackers from the UK and Northern European markets, Pont commissioned the moulds and subsequently bought the equipment to meet this growing demand. Pont is delighted that it has been able to draw on CAJaycare’s extensive experience and technical skills to supply products of the highest quality into these markets.

CAJaycare will produce the popular Roundpacker sizes of 3000ml, 4000ml and 6000ml. These containers are available from stock and can be ordered in quantities from one pallet to full truck loads. The standard production colours are currently white and black. A wide spectrum of alternative colours is available.

Pont has an extensive range of European produced Roundpackers in its portfolio. Current sizes include 1250ml, 1500ml, 2000ml, 2500ml, 3000ml, 4000ml, 6000ml, 8000ml and 10000ml. Additionally, customer specific shapes are routinely produced to order.

As demand for other sizes increases, Pont is fully committed and has the funds available to invest in new moulds to further extend its European production of Roundpackers.

Pont also offers a large selection of closures with various liners to complement the roundpacker range. A current trend with our customers is to commission a logo embossed closure to give a Unique Selling Point to their product.
